Peter Napier and Co
Grade 1 listed Pitchford Hall was purchased by an overseas buyer over 20 years ago and was subsequently neglected to the point that Historic England placed it on their Buildings at Risk Register. The condition of the building was such a concern to Shropshire Council that they instructed Napier and Co to undertake an inspection of the building and to prepare a schedule of Urgent Works with a view to serving and Urgent Works Notice on the owner.
As a result, the then owner sold the property back to the family that had previously owned it who are now bringing the building back to life.
